Southmeadow POA is in a great location in the Brays Oaks neighborhood near Fondren and W. Airport Blvd in the city of Houston. In 1975, the Association was registered as a Texas non-profit.

 

Southmeadow POA is a mature homeowners association with long-term residents in an intimate community with amenities that include a large pool with a BBQ area, a clubhouse, private security, tennis court, and a fully fenced basketball court.  The spacious clubhouse is available to residents for private events.  Please contact the Association to inquire on availability.

Southmeadow POA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday, monthly (unless otherwise scheduled).  Volunteers are needed and are welcomed to join our Members in Action Committee.  This committee assist with beautification projects that enhance our common areas and they provide community clean up campaigns.  We're looking to expand the committee, so that we may explore other applicable community ideas that will bring more value to our children, seniors and neighbors alike.  Would you join us?
